Pumpkin Pie

This recipe was my mom’s

2 eggs, slightly beaten

15 oz pumkin

3/4 cup organic sugar

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

dash ginger

12 oz evaporated milk

1 pie crust

Combine filling ingredients in order given, pour into pie crust.

Bake 15 minutes at 423*F. Reduce temperature to 350*F. Bake an additional 40-50 minutes, or til knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool, garnish if desired with whipped topping.
